If you would like to delete your account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time using the form below or by contacting us directly.

How to Request Deletion

You can request account and data deletion in one of the following ways:

Please include:

 

● The email address associated with your account
● A brief request to delete your account

 

 


 

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

 

● We will verify your identity to protect your information
● Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable laws
● You will receive confirmation once the process is complete

 

 


 

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted:

● Your personal information (such as name and email) will be removed
● Your account access will be permanently disabled
● Your associated health and activity data will be deleted or de-identified

 

 


 

 

Important Notes

● Some information may be retained if required for legal or regulatory purposes
● If you have shared data with a caregiver, their previously viewed information cannot be “unseen,” but access will be removed going forward
● Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
